Lifeline Children's Services exists to provide a hope and a future through the Gospel for children around the world by discipling, engaging, and equipping people towards adoption, foster care and orphan care.

In 1981, Lifeline's ministry began to promote the sanctity of life through domestic adoption. Lifeline ministers to the needs of young women in crisis pregnancies through counseling, medical care and legal services and also provides the option of maternity home care. Lifeline is committed to working with Christian families to ensure that children are raised with the truth of who Jesus Christ is and has found forever families for more than nearly 1000 children domestically.

In 1999, Lifeline began responding to the needs of orphans internationally. We currently have programs in fifteen different countries with many more in development. Lifeline's International Adoption program provides a full range of consulting and social services and since its inception has placed over 1,500 children into loving, Christian families.

Lifeline added an orphan care outreach to our ministry in 2009. (Un)adopted is our answer to the question, "What about all of the orphans who are not being adopted?" With projects currently underway in eight countries, Lifeline partners with communities and churches across the globe to teach life and job skills to orphans who otherwise would be left to an adult life of poverty, crime and abuse.(un)adopted exists to provide a hope and a future for orphans around the world by facilitating a safe environment to disciple and equip children in need.

Also in 2009, Lifeline began laying the foundation for a growing Foster Care program, participating in a foster care and adoption summit at a local church in Birmingham, AL. Out of that meeting, there was an overwhelming response of 100+ families, who at the least, committed to take part in the required 30-hour training called GPS (Group Preparation and Selection). We've seen the church continue to respond to the need and thank God for the way He's moving and equipping His people to care.
