2014 NFL Combine: Alabama, Auburn players' 40-yard dash times, other notable results
The final day of the 2014 NFL Combine will wrap up Tuesday in Indianapolis with the defensive back class showing off its speed for the scouts in the always-important 40-yard dash.
As of Tuesday morning, Kent State running back Dri Archer still held the fastest recorded time after clocking a blistering 4.26 in the 40-yard dash on Sunday. Of the local players, Alabama's Kevin Norwood currently has the fastest time after running a 4.48-40 over the weekend while his teammate, offensive tackle prospect Cyrus Koundjio, saw his draft stock take a major blow when he ran 120 feet in 5.59 seconds, one of the worst times recorded at this year's combine.
Check out all the 40-yard dash times recorded by players with Alabama ties (University of Alabama, Auburn University) and other notable players from around the country like Texas A&M's Heisman winner Johnny Manziel and South Carolina's freakishly-gifted Jadeveon Clowney, both of whom finished with impressive times.University of AlabamaPlayerPositionTimeKevin NorwoodWR4.48Ha Ha Clinton-DixDB4.58Adrian HubbardLB4.69Cody MandellST/P4.89AJ McCarronQB4.94Cyrus KouandjioOL5.59
