Airlines canceling flights ahead of second Northeast storm

Majorairlines have started canceling flights in and out of the New York area aheadof the threatening nor'easter.{} Thiswould be the second significant weather event to hit the area in just over aweek.

AmericanAirlines is halting flights to and from Philadelphia at noon and stopping flightsin New York at 3 o'clock Wednesday.

DeltaAir, JetBlue, and other airlines are asking passengers to reschedule theirNortheast flights. The usual change fees of up to $150, in most cases, are beingwaved.{} Check with your airline forprices and changes.
