{} {} The Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind will need to find a new director.{} {} Current director Terry Graham says he will step down next year as head of the state-sponsored school. {}His resignation will take effect February first.{} {} Graham has been at the school for 35 years. {}He served as president for the last decade.{} {} Before that he was as an administrator at the Helen Keller School and in Health, Evaluation and Outreach programs.{} {} Board chairman Lynwood French says trustees will conduct a search for a successor.
