BIRMINGHAM - AL — The Alabama Department of Public Health is asking families with children to complete an online survey. The survey concerns health and health care services. State Health Officer Dr. Donald E. Williamson says they need as much participation as possible from Alabama residents who are taking care of children. The information from the survey will be used to identify the most health-related needs of children, youth and their families. This information will also be used to consider how to best allocate the resources to better promote the health of these groups. The survey takes about 20 minutes and it is being conducted during the months of July through September. To access the survey, go to www.adph.org and click on "survey of Alabama's Families."
