AMBER Alert issued for 13-year-old Arkansas girl

Kimberly Nussey

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a 13-year-old girl from Arkansas, the FBI said in a release Wednesday night.

Authorities say Kimberly Nussey was last seen walking down a county road near her home in Camden, Ark. around 5 p.m. Monday. She is described as a 5-foot-8, 140-pound white female with black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a gray hat, gray tank-top with dogs on it and light-purple pants.

Investigators believe Nussey was taken by her uncle, 38-year-old Phillip Thomas Nussey Jr., who is believed to be driving a 1999, white Ford Crown Victoria with an Arkansas Game and Fish Commission tag reading "GGJGW." The elder Nussey has an active felony arrest warrant for interfering with child custody.
