Americans walking more, but we need to pick up the pace

More Americans are walking regularly to get in shape, but the CDC{}says we need to pick up the pace.

Sixty-two percent of adults say they walked at least 10 minutes or more a week in 2010.{} That's a 6% increase from 2005.

Still, just 48% of U.S.{}adults gets enough exercise to improve their health.{} The CDC recommends at least 2.5 hours{}of moderate to intense aerobic physical activity each week.
