An aspirin a day may keep lung cancer away?

An aspirin a day may keep lung cancer away.

A recent study by Chinese researchers found that women who took at least a couple of aspirin a week were less likely to develop lung cancer.

The results back up a number of previous studies that linked regular aspirin use to lower risks of certain cancers.{} They include colon, prostate and esophageal cancers.{} However, aspirin is not yet recommended for cancer prevention.

For now, the best way to prevent lung cancer is not to smoke.
