      April 11th Recipe: The Boot At Preserve Village: Turkey Burger

      Turkey Burger

      8 oz all natural ground turkey

      2 TB crumbled gorgonzola cheese

      4 half inch sliced peaches

      1 TB balsamic vinegar

      1 quarter cup fresh chopped spinach

      1 TB candied cranberries

      Bun of your Choice

      -------------------------------------------------------------------------

      first caramelize peaches in hot sauteed pan

      when they start to brown on each side they are finished

      mix ground turkey with 1 TB of cheese

      grill it until 165 degrees or well done

      mix the vinaigrette with the spinach and assemble burger to your liking

      enjoy!
