Arley man, Vietnam veteran closer to getting a specially-trained service dog

Arley resident and Vietnam veteran, James Simpson, is one step closer to getting his much needed service dog.{} The war veteran suffers from a severe case of PTSD.{} Simpson met "Asta" for the first time in Indiana.{} 'Asta' is a German shepherd and a potential candidate for a service dog for Simpson.
