Atlanta Falcons sign pass rusher Osi Umenyiora

Former Troy University defensive end and long-time New York Giants' player Osi Umenyiora signed a two-year deal with the Atlanta Falcons.

The Atlanta Falcons bolstered their defensive line by signing Osi Umenyiora to a two year deal.

The USA Today reports that Umenyiora could make as much as $12.25 million over the length of the contract if he reaches all of his incentives.

The former Troy Trojan star had played his entire 10 year{}career with the Giants, and recorded 75 sacks during his time in New York.

Umenyiora is expected to replace John Abraham as the Falcons main disruptive pass rusher.
