Auburn's first three games on TV in fall
AUBURN - Auburn football's season opener against Utah State on Sept. 3 will kickoff at 11 a.m. CT and the Tigers' conference opener against Mississippi State on Sept. 10 will begin at 11:21 a.m. CT, announced the Southeastern Conference Thursday at the SEC Spring Meetings.
ESPN or ESPN2 will televise the Utah State game with the SEC Network airing the Mississippi State game. Both will be played at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
As previously announced, the Sept. 17 game at Clemson will air nationally on ABC and kickoff at 11 a.m. CT. A limited number of Auburn football season tickets and mini-season tickets are currently on sale to the general public.
Season tickets include tickets to all seven Auburn home games. The 2011 football season opens with a home game against Utah State on Sept. 3. Other home games on the schedule include Mississippi State on Sept. 10, Florida Atlantic on Sept. 24, Florida on Oct. 15, Ole Miss on Oct. 29, Samford on Nov. 19 (HC) and Alabama on Nov. 26.
The cost of a season ticket book for all seven games is $450. Fans can also add padded chairback seats to their season ticket locations for only $45 per seat.
