      Auburn announces fan day schedule

      Auburn has scheduled it's fan day for Aug. 10 at Auburn Arena.

      The doors open at 3:00 p.m. and Gus Malzahn and the football team will sign autographs from 3:30 until 5:30 p.m. Cheerleaders, the Tiger Paws, and the soccer and volleyball teams will also sign autographs.

      Fans are only be allowed to bring one item to be signed but the school will provide a free poster and schedule cards.

      Auburn, the defending SEC Champions, open the season at home against Arkansas on Aug. 30.

      Fan Day Autograph Procedure

      To access the 2014 Auburn football seniors, fans will need to enter the Auburn Arena from the south side through the doors leading in to the practice court facility. To access the remaining football players, cheerleaders, Tiger Paws, Aubie and the soccer and volleyball teams, fans will need to enter the main arena entrance, located on the north side of the arena. The remaining members of the football team will be located at two positions inside the arena. Members of the offense and special teams will be positioned on the main arena floor while the defense will be located on the scholarship terrace on the main concourse level. Fans interested in obtaining Coach Malzahn autograph will be asked to enter the arena through the Scholarship Entry on the southeast corner. There will not be access to Coach Malzahn's line from inside the arena. One item, per person. The item must be in hand as nothing will be signed on individuals (i.e. jerseys or tee shirts). Pictures will not be available with Coach Malzahn on Fan Day due to time constraints. The cheerleaders, Tiger Paws, soccer, volleyball and Aubie will be located in the Kids Zone section on the main concourse. Hall of Honor, AU Team Shop, Concessions and Restrooms The Lovelace Hall of Honor and AU Team Shop will be open throughout the event. Concessions and restrooms will be open for public use. The Auburn Ticket Office will be open to take orders for Auburn football tickets, and 2014 Auburn Football Media Guides will also be available for purchase during Fan Day. Ticket Information Season tickets for the 2014 Auburn football season are still available to the general public through the Auburn Athletics Department Ticket Office. Purchasing season tickets is the only way to guarantee your seat for all seven home games.
