Birmingham leaders discuss 2014 legislative agenda

Several Birmingham leaders are meeting Thursday to discuss the city's legislative agenda for 2014.The Birmingham City Council, the Mayor's Office, members of the school board, transit authority and water works board are holding a second work session with state lawmakers at the Crossplex.Priorities include pushing for historic preservation tax credits, economic development incentives and deferred payment lending.
