      Update 3 p.m. The teenager who went missing in Highland Lake was in a boat with two other people when he fell into the water and never resurfaced, authorities told ABC 33/40 reporter Haley Westbrook.The boy, who is a 15-year-old from Ragland, was helping a company inspect damaged boat docks on the lake following this week's strong storms and tornadoes.
