Charlie Brown, 'Peanuts' pals head to big-screen

Charlie brown and his "Peanuts" pals are coming to the big-screen.

Charles Schulz's characters will star in their own animated film.{} There's{}no working title yet.

Schulz's son, Craig, and grandson, Bryan, co-wrote the screenplay.{} Craig Schulz knows he's got big shoes to fill.{}{}"All I can do is make it last as long as I can, and be as true to my dad's work as I can.{}{}I believe the rest of the family is really dedicated to that," he said.

The film is scheduled to hit theaters Nov. 25, 2015.{} That year marks the 65th anniversary of the "Peanuts" comic strip and the 50th anniversary of "A Charlie Brown Christmas," the first of the gang's many television specials.
