Chef Scott's Southern Style Chili



3 lb. Ground Beef

3 lb. Med Yellow Onion

3 - 14.5 oz. Cans of Diced Tomatoes{}& Green Chili Peppers

1 - 16 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes

3 - 15 oz. Cans of Chili Beans

2 - 15 oz. Cans of Light Red Kidney Beans

2 - 1.25 oz Chili Seasoning Packages

3 - tbsp - Tomatoes Paste

1 - 15 oz. Can of Water (optional)


To prepare:


Cook Ground Beef to a nice brown texture and then drain.

Saut Onions in stock pot then add all tomatoes and beans to pot.

Add the packages of Chili Seasoning and meat

cook on medium heat for 45-60 mins.

Garnish the top of the chili with shredded cheddar cheese (to yourliking)
