Names released of 3 Alabama children killed in Christmas Day fire in Louisiana
The identities of the three Alabama children who died in a Louisiana mobile home fire have been released.
A Louisiana newspaper is reporting they are 12-year-old Roxana Mejia, 11-year-old Josue Mejia and nine-year-old Rommy Mejia.
The children are from Dekalb County.
The fire happened early Christmas morning in a mobile home in Houma, Louisiana.
Their parents escaped from the fire along with a fourth sibling. The children's father was badly burned while rescuing a child from the fire.
The family was in Louisiana to visit with relatives who lived in the mobile home.
