Classes begin for students in Moore, Oklahoma just months after devastation

Studentsreturn to the classroom today for the first day of classes at Plaza TowersElementary School in Moore, OK.{} The endof last school year was cut short because of a devastating tornado outbreak thatripped through the area on May 20, killing seven students.

The sitewhere the school once stood has become a makeshift memorial.

Studentsfrom the school and from nearby Briarwood Elementary, which also was destroyed,will be attending classes in temporary buildings until their schools arerebuilt.
