FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) Colorado State players will wear helmet decals honoring the victims of Colorado's floods as well as rescuers and recovery personnel during Saturday's game at No. 1-ranked Alabama.

Head coach Jim McElwain and his staff also will wear the decal, which depicts the Colorado state flag displayed within a raindrop. McElwain also urged CSU fans to contribute to relief efforts.

McElwain made a personal donation to the American Red Cross.

McElwain released a statement Thursday saying that, "We want to be sure that every individual affected knows we carry them in our heart into this game."

McElwain was the Crimson Tide's offensive coordinator from 2008 to 2011. His CSU Rams are a heavy underdog going into Saturday's game in Tuscaloosa.
