We need your help to find the killer of Jeffery Mannien.{}He was shot and killed November 11, 2005.{}We don't know who's responsible and need your help to catch the killer.Police responded to the 1500 block of Avenue H.{}When they got there, they found the victim lying on the front porch.{}He had been shot and was transported to UAB Hospital.{}Mannien later died.Witnesses said they saw the victim talking with two black males near a car in the 800 block of 16th Street Ensley.{}There was another black male in the driver's seat of the car.{}Witnesses heard an argument, and Mannien said: "If{}you're going to shoot me, then go ahead and shoot me." The victim turned, and one of the men shot him.{}Mannien ran to the 1500 block of Avenue H where he collapsed on the porch.If you can remember any details about what happened or who's responsible, we need to hear from you.Dial 205-254-7777.
