Crime Stoppers October 9: Birmingham armed robbery and Mountain Brook credit card thefts
BIRMINGHAM ARMED ROBBERY:
Birmingham police need your help identifying a suspect responsible for an armed robbery at the Family Dollar on Avenue F in Ensley September 30th.
The suspect, whose picture is posted to the right of this story, fired two shots inside the business. He left with an undetermined amount of cash.
Although the suspect covered himself well, he may have spoken with someone about the crime. Anything you've heard will be useful in helping police solve this crime. Crime Stoppers will keep you anonymous, so send in your tips if you have any information about this case.
MOUNTAIN BROOK VEHICLE BREAK-INS AND CREDIT CARD THEFTS:
Detectives need you to identify the suspect who used a stolen credit card taken from a Mountain Brook vehicle located on Elm Street September 30th.
The suspect, whose picture is posted to the right of this story, used the stolen credit card at a Roebuck CVS around 5:15 am. He purchased a VISA gift card, and minutes later, came back with a woman, whose picture is also posted to the right of this story. Police need your help identifying the woman, too.
There have been several vehicle break-ins in the Mountain Brook area recently, so if you have any information about who may be responsible, send in your tips.
