Crime Stoppers September 10: Green Acres Cafe armed robbery still unsolved

Green Acres Cafe on Center Point Parkway was robbed last month, and detectives are turning to the public for help. If you have any information on the identity of the suspect, whose pictures are posted to the right of this story, contact Crime Stoppers immediately.{}

The robbery happened around 10:30 pm August 28th. The suspect targeted an employee, who was sitting in her car outside the restaurant. He brought her inside and ordered other employees to lie down. He took cash from the register and left in the first victim's car. It was found August 29th on the 3200 block of Wood Drive Northeast.

"In law enforcement, our job is to help the public," said Jefferson County{}Sgt. Brian Allison. "Right now, we are in a reverse situation where we need the publics help."
