Dallas Cowboys' Jay Ratliff Charged With DUI

Jay Ratliff{}is the second Dallas Cowboys player in{}six weeks to be charged with DUI.

The former Auburn Tiger{}was arrested{}last week after he was involved in a two vehicle accident with a semitrailer truck 20 miles outside of Dallas, TX. Ratliff's blood alcohol level was measured at 0.16 percent. Texas' drunken-driving standard{}is 0.08 percent.

Cowboys'{}teammate, Josh Brent was indicted{}on an intoxicated manslaughter count stemming from a December 8{}crash that killed practice squad player Jerry Brown.{}
