Every neighborhood has at least one house where the owners go all out with Christmas lights and decorations. Some call it the Griswold family Christmas syndrome. There is definitely such a house in Maricopa, Arizona.
Some 16,000 lights glow brightly. It is the next door neighbor's 600 lights that seem to be attracting as much attention as the light show. The owner of the house knew she could not compete with her neighbor. Instead, she outlined an arrow pointing toward her neighbor's house that simply says "Ditto!"
The good news for the "less is more" neighbor is that when it comes time to take down the decorations, she should complete the job in approximately ten minutes. Her neighbor might still be working on the lights in March!
