'Encore' to follow McFarland Mall

{}{}{}{}{} "Its unique in that it has that interstate access.{} He'll be able to get some businesses that really desire that interstate attraction," said Brendan Moore, Director of Economic Development for the City of Tuscaloosa.

{}{}{}{}{} Pate hopes to complete demolition of the old Mall by July.{}{} Encore is expected to open in late 2015 or early 2016.
