      Ernie's Greek Dishes

      INGREDIENTS:

      1 Boneless Leg of Lamb

      Fresh Lemon Juice (1/2 Cup)

      2-3 Garlic Cloves

      1/4 Cup Greek Oregano

      1 Teaspoon of Salt & Pepper Each

      1/4 Cup Olive Oil

      DIRECTIONS:

      • Place boneless legs of lamb in baking dish
      • Cut slits into lamb (6-7 slits)
      • Stuff with fresh garlic cloves
      • Pour on fresh lemon juice
      • Coat lamb with olive oil
      • Add rest of spices (like a rub)
      • Bake lamb at 300-350 degrees until it reaches internal temperature of 150 degrees
      • Bast lamb with additional lemon juice and olive oil during cooking.
      • ***DO NOT OVER COOK, LAMB HAS A TENDENCY TO DRY OUT***
