Family of missing Bessemer man asking for answers

Jerry Wayne Dailey, 42

It's been one month since 42-year-old Jerry Wayne Dailey's family last saw him when the{}Bessemer man left his residence to buy a car.

"I just want him home for Christmas," said his mother, Barbara Moseley. "Just tell us where he is."

He was reported missing November 17.

"I just think something has happened to him," added Moseley. "He would have gotten in touch with us."

Thursday, Bessemer police charged 47-year-old William Lee Worley with illegal possession of a credit card. Police claim Worley used Dailey's credit card.

"This is not your random person who just decided to vanish," said Dailey's sister, Tina Ciesla. "It's just not that way."
