Fayette Murder Suspect changes plea before trial

{}{}{}{} A man scheduled to go on trial this week for two counts of capital{}murder in Fayette has changed his plea.

{}{}{}{} 41-year old Kenneth Ray Fluker pleaded guilty to 'Murder during the commission of a rape' and Murder during the commission of a robbery.'

{}{}{}{} Investigators say Fluker killed 55-year old Patricia Adair{} in August 2010 as she walked home from a late night shift at the Fayette Chevron.

{}{}{}{} The plea allows Fluker to avoid the death penalty.

{}{}{}{} Fluker was a standout running back at Fayette High School before he dropped out of school in 1991.
