Federal judge still undecided about releasing man who threatened President Obama on Twitter

Jarvis Britton will spend another night in jail after tweeting death threats to President Obama.

25-year-old Jarvis Britton will spend at least one more night in jail until a federal judge can decide if he should be released to a 3rd party custodian.Wednesday, the court heard from Britton's brother, Cory and his fiance Ann Carino, who both said they will watch after Britton and said if he doesn't comply with the rules they would have no problem contacting authorities. Britton is accused of threatening President Barack Obama's life with tweets, even after being warned by Secret Service agents, via Twitter, with phrases like "Let's kill the president."The judge also said the grand jury is seeking a separate criminal case.
