No matter how busy you are, experts say you should fit a little fitness into your daily routine.
Melissa Henricks -- fitness instructor at Cleveland Clinic - says the key is to combine a number of different exercises in a short amount of time. Intense exercise can boost your metabolism and fight weight gain. For example, in 7 to 10 minutes, combine things like squats and shoulder presses with dumbbells, or squats with marching to get some cardio work, too.
But if you can't find 10 minutes to get a quick workout in, you can also try mixing it into your leisure time. You can get the family involved by having everybody pick a different exercise to do during each commercial break while watching television.
