Former Country Day School teacher in Huntsville convicted of sodomy
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - A former teacher at a Huntsville private school has been found guilty of two counts of sodomy involving a former student. WHNT-TV reports (http://bit.ly/UBRnh8 ) that a Madison County jury on Friday found Brett Naff guilty of the charges after about three hours of deliberations. Naff used to teach at the Country Day School in Huntsville. A former student had accused him of sexually abusing her between 2004 and 2006. She reported it to police in 2012. Naff is set to be sentenced on July 25. The Country Day School said in a statement that it respects the jury's decision and had no further comment.
