Former Etowah County Nursing Home Employee Charged
ETOWAH COUNTY - AL —
Attorney General Luther Strange announced the arrest of a former Etowah County nursing home employee Friday.
44-year-old James Dean Justice of Altoona has been charged with assault on a resident at a facility last year.
He was arrested Wednesday and has been released on bond. Justice is charged with abuse of a protected person, which is a Class C felony, punishable by one to ten years and a fine up to $15,000.
He has been employed by Altoona Health and Rehabiltion as a certified nursing assistant.
