Former IRS Commissioner faces lawmakers on Capital Hill

The man who ran the InternalRevenue Service when agents were improperly targeting tea party groups getscalled on the carpet today at a hearing on Capitol Hill. It will be the firstchance lawmakers get to question Douglas Shulman about what he knew and why hedidn't tell Congress.
