Former strip club owner pleads guilty in tax case

{} {} The former owner of a Birmingham strip club admits owing nearly $450,000 in unpaid federal income taxes.

{} {} U.S. Attorney Joyce Vance said 56-year-old Ahmad Rahiminejad of Helena pleaded guilty to one count of filing a false income tax return. {}The money he owes is on taxes from 2006 through 2009.

{} {} Rahiminejad owned businesses including Mike's Crossroads strip club, and The Gold Club.

{} {} Prosecutors said he under-reported his income by a half-million dollars just in 2006. {}Rahiminejad faces up to three years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
