Foul play suspected in case of missing Tuscaloosa man; Arrest made

{}{}{}{} Tuscaloosa homicide detectives have charged Alexius Rhamon Foster with four counts of attempted murder in connection with the missing persons case of 30-year old Antonio Williams.

{}{}{} ABC 33/40 has learned Williams' sister reported him missing on July 18th after Williams was last seen the day before and supposedly headed to an area off Crescent Ridge Road.

{}{}{} The missing case was file with Tuscaloosa Police Department's Criminal Investigation Department which obtained information that lead to homicide investigators becoming involved.

{}{}{} Sources tell ABC 33/40 that detectives searched and collected evidence from a home{}in the Holt community near Crescent Ridge Friday afternoon and determined that Williams' disappearance involved foul play.{} That's when an arrest warrant was obtained for Alexius Foster.

{}{}{} Foster was pulled over and taken into custody on a traffic stop in Union County, Mississippi.{} He was extradited back to Alabama and is being{}held on $1 million dollars bond.

{}{}{} Although police believe Williams has been harmed, they have not located him so his condition at this time is unknown.
