Ardarius Stewart made up his mind last year.
The Fultondale High star couldn't make it official until Wednesday.
Stewart signed a football national letter of intent with the University of Alabama Wednesday morning.
"I know it's a lot to live up to," Stewart said. "I'm just going to come in and take it one step at a time. I'm not going to force anything, like be a play-maker when I can't be a play-maker. I'm going to try to let everything flow and get in the smooth."
Stewart showed his versatility in high school, and spent time at a number of different positions. He's been told that he'll primarily be a wide receiver, and maybe get a chance on the Tide's kick return unit, in college.
