GREEN BAY - If you're heading out of town for the Christmas holiday, you may notice lower gas prices.

The price at the pump has fallen for 89 straight days. AAA says that's the longest streak on record.

According to Fuelgaugereport.com, the national average for unleaded gas right now is $2.37 per gallon.

In the Green Bay area, it's just a hair under, with most stations selling gas for $2.35 or $2.36 per gallon.
