Report: Gerald Boudreaux out as SEC basketball head of officials

The SEC will reportedly{}part ways with Gerald Boudreaux, who has been it's coordinator of basketball officials each of the six seasons.

Multiple sources told ESPN about the change.

Boudreaux served as an SEC basketball official from 1986-2006 before he was named head of officials.

The SEC is the second conference to undergo a change at{}officiating coordinator in the last two weeks. Ed Rush resigned as the Pac-12's head of officiating last week. Rush came under fire during the Pac-12 Conference Tournament when he jokingly offered money or a trip to any official that would{}whistle a technical foul call on a specific Pac-12 conference coach.
