Get children registered for summer camps now


With cold weather still in the air, it may be tough to think about what to do for summer. {}However, before you know it, school is out and the little ones are bored. {}For the first time, Children's Summer Camps at Birmingham Botanical Gardens will offer full-day options in 2013. These new options will complement the already popular morning and afternoon camps, allowing children more educational opportunities to explore The Gardens and allowing parents more opportunities to find times that best accommodate their schedules.{}Birmingham Botanical Gardens Children's Summer Camps will be held weekly from June 3 until August 2. A variety of educational experiences await, giving Birmingham area children unique ways to explore The Gardens. With eclectic offerings allowing children a chance to learn about everything from bugs to cooking, and from yoga to plants, Children's Summer Camps offer something for everyone. Registration is open to members today, while non-members can begin registration on March 4.
