Golfing to benefit Campfire Alabama

Camp Fire Alabama will hold The Kathleen P. Bruhn Memorial Leadership Open, Monday, April 15th at Shoal Creek Golf Club. The tournament was introduced in 2012 to support Camp Fire's youth development programs in Central Alabama while also establishing an endowment fund to offer scholarship opportunities for future young leaders.

Registration, lunch, and silent auction begin at 11 a.m. Tournament play begins at 1 p.m., followed by a reception at 6 p.m., and an awards presented at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The Open is named for Kathleen P. Bruhn, who was the Executive Director of Camp Fire Alabama for over twenty-four years to honor her life and service.
