Governor Welcomes Marine Corps League National Convention

GovernorRobert Bentley will officially welcome members of the Marine CorpsLeague National Convention to Mobileduring the opening session of the League's 2012 convention.

The Marine Corps League serves current Marines as well as those whohave been honorably discharged from the service.{} The League is dedicatedto preserving Marine traditions and promoting the ideals of Americanfreedom.{} Between 800 and 1500 membersand their families are expected to attend this year's convention.

Governor Bentley's address to the Marine Corps League will takeplace at 8:45 a.m. Monday at the Outlaw Convention Center in Mobile.{} The Governor will honor Marinesfor their service and dedication.
