Hollowed out grenade causes evacuation of Atlanta bus station

Atlanta'sdowntown Greyhound bus station was evacuated Monday morning after what appearedto be a hand grenade was found.

Hundred'sof people were told to get off buses and the bus station was evacuated at about5 a.m. this morning when an object that looked like a hand grenade fell out ofa box.

ForsythStreet was closed to vehicle and foot traffic.{}Commuter trains on a nearby rail were halted for over an hour as policeinvestigated.

Atlantapolice say the grenade was real, but was hallowed out and posed no threat.
