HoneyBaked Ham & Cheese Quesadillas


4 large flour tortillas

1/2 Cup shredded Monterey Jackcheese

8 oz. sliced HoneyBaked Ham

1/2 Cup diced tomatoes

2 Tablespoons chopped greenonion (optional)

Pepper to taste

Vegetable oil for brushing tops

HoneyBaked Hickory Honey Mustard

Makes 4 servings



  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Lightly spray acookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
  3. Arrange 2 tortillason the cookie sheet, then evenly top with 1/4 cup of the cheese.
  4. Top the cheese withyour sliced HoneyBaked Ham, diced tomatoes, green onion, and the remainder ofthe cheese.
  5. Sprinkle each with alittle pepper, then cover with another tortilla.
  6. Brush tops withvegetable oil and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes or until browned.
  7. Cut quesadillas intowedges and serve with HoneyBaked Hickory Honey Mustard.{}
