Tony Stewart is strictly NASCAR--for now.
The three-time Sprint Cup Champion turned down an opportunity to drive in the Indianapolis 500 last month, but he reportedly told Penske Racing that he would like to revisit the offer to drive in the Indy 500 down the road.
Stewart grew up in Indiana with dreams of winning the Indy 500, which is run on the same day as sprint cup's Coca-Cola 600 in Charlotte, NC. He managed to race in both races in 1999 and 2001.
Stewart finished in the top-10 at both tracks on the same day both times.
