Jacksonville police: 37-year-old woman accused of giving pot to teens arrested for breaking into vehicles

Jennifer Orr, 37, was arrested last month for spending time with several 14-16 year old boys. Accused of providing the kids with marijuana.{} Deputis caught her with a 14-year-old boy in her car, and suspected her of{}riding around with other teenage boys.Jacksonville police arrested her Tuesday night for breaking and entering into several vehicles near the high school.{} Investigators say she was working with two 19-year-old, Richard Shockley and Jacob Bowman.{} Orr was driving her SUV and officers recovered some stolen items{}from her car.{} Officers found the teenage boys at houses nearby."One arrest per person with three separate felony charges of Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle. Bond each person was a total of $45,000 ($15,000 per charge).{}" Also, I checked Alacourt for the case involving the underage boys, where she is charged with felony "interference with custody", and the court decided last Tuesday that it will go to a grand jury.{} More charges could be added.
