Police reopened a missing person cold case after a man found the skull in a crawl space beneath a house in North Jasper on Live Oak Place Sunday.{}

Two elderly women,{}Wynona Delvecchio, 83, and Mary Cobb, 104, lived in the South Lowell community. The mother and daughter were reported missing in 2003.{}

Police said Wanda Kiser, a former neighbor and person of interest in the case, took Cobb from a nursing home to the house and was later sentenced on a wire fraud charge in West Virginia involving Cobb's pension fund.

Cadaver dogs will search the property Saturday.{}
