      Kathy G's Spiced Pumpkin Brulee

      Spiced Pumpkin Brulee

      Ingredients:Heavy cream - 1 1/2 cupsMilk - 1/2 cupCinnamon - 1/8 tspNutmeg - 2 pinchesGinger, ground - 1 pinchGround cloves - 1 pinchEgg yolks - 4Sugar - 1/2 cupCanned pumpkin puree - 1/4 cupSugar, for top - 1/3 cup

      Directions:1 - Heat cream, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves until just boiling. Turn off and rest 15 minutes.

      2 - In bowl whisk yolks and sugar and temper in cream mix. Add tempered mix to cream and whisk in pumpkin.

      3 - Pour into ramekins and bake in water bath for 30-40 minutes.
