Kids' State Dinner

Kids from across the country head to the white house Tuesday for the Kids' State Dinner.{} The children will meet first lady Michelle Obama as part of the second-annual "Healthy Lunchtime Challenge."{} The competition challenges kids to come up with healthy lunch recipes.{} Winning recipes were chosen based on taste and originality, but they also had to be healthy and affordable.The winners, all between eight and 12 years of age, represent every state and some United States territories, including the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.{} The challenge is an extension of Obama's "Let's Move" campaign, encouraging kids across the country to live healthy.
