      Update:Sources tell ABC 33/40 that there are 2 fatalities in this crash. The bodies were found approximately 100 yards from fuselage.


      Birmingham Police confirm a "large aircraft crash" happened early Wednesday morning.{} The area of the crash is near Airport Road and Huffman Road.{} Officers will be closing some roads to allow for emergency responders to have unrestricted access to the area.

      The ABC 33/40 photographer on the scene says it is a UPS cargo plane.{} Toni Herrera-Bast with the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport has just confirmed that a cargo plane did crash.{} However, she says that is all the information she has at this time.
